70305 - Уважаемый Консульский отдел Посольства Украины в Республике Болгария!
Я гражданин Российской Федерации (загранпаспорт РФ с многократной Болгарской визой типа С) и в связи с отсутствием регулярного авиасообщения между Болгарией и Россией хотел бы в ближайшие 1-2 месяца вернуться в Россию на автомашине через территории Румынии, Украины и Белоруссии.
Не могли бы Вы сообщить, могу ли я проехать транзитом через территорию Украины. Если да, то что для этого нужно подготовить и иметь? На всякий случай: машина зарегистрирована в Болгарии на фирму, совладельцем которой я являюсь («управител») и имеет болгарский номерной знак, регистрационные документы и распространяющуюся на страны ЕС страховку.
Буду благодарен за ответ и рекомендации.

Dear Consular Office of the Embassy of Ulraine in the Republic of Bulgaria,
I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, and would like, in the absence of regular flights between Russia and Bulgaria, travel to Russia by car via Romania, Ukraine and Belarus, sometime in the next month or two.
Please kindly let me know if a transit pass through the territory of Ukraine is granted to Russian citizens, considering the Covid-19 imposed restrictions. If yes, what do I need to do or prepare to make sure that such a transit pass is practicable. I must inform you, just in case, that the car to be used is registered in Bulgaria as a corporate car (I am a corporate co-owner) and has a Bulgarian license plate, registration documents and EC valid insurance.
