70304 - Dear Consular Office of the Embassy of Romania in the Republic of Bulgaria,
I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, and would like, in the absence of regular flights between Russia and Bulgaria, travel to Russia by car via Romania, Ukraine and Belarus, sometime in the next month or two.
Please kindly let me know if a transit pass through the territory of Romania is granted to Russian citizens with valid C type multiple Bulgarian Visa, considering the Covid-19 imposed restrictions. If yes, what do I need to do or prepare to make sure that such a transit pass is practicable. I must inform you, just in case, that the car to be used is registered in Bulgaria as a corporate car (I am a corporate co-owner) and has a Bulgarian license plate, registration documents and EC valid insurance.
