126294 - Hello, I want to apply for a visa to the Mexican embassy, the type of tourist visa, with thanks and appreciation

124342 - I need visa

119353 - Dear Ambassador, My name is Khalil Al Hussein, I am a 30 years old Syrian refugee residing in Lebanon. Few years back, I got the KFAS scholarship, and I was granted a temporary student visa in Lebanon. I am a fresh graduate with bachelor degree in “Arts - Business studies with management” -GPA 3.24/4 from the Arab Open University – Beirut. During my study, I have made great academic achievements as can be seen on the attached recommendation letters from my university professors. Since I have completed my study at the university, I am legally obliged to leave Lebanon, and I face the danger of being deported to Syria. Holding a student visa in Lebanon, I am not allowed to work and subsequently lacking the financial capabilities to pursue further education. I was a victim of raid, confiscation, and arbitrary arrest by Dekwaneh Municipality. The UNHCR, CLDH, and many local human rights organizations have issued several reports on these systematic transgressions against Syrians in Lebanon. And as a Syrian in Lebanon, I am also not entitled to apply for a local Scholarship since I previously received the KFAS scholarship for my undergraduate studies. The current security situation in Syria is so bad and the report of the International Amnesty Organization titled "you are going to die" pretty much describes the situation there. In December 2012, my older brother Khalid, decided to go back to Syria together with nine of my relatives who were also displaced in Lebanon. On their way and shortly after crossing the Syrian border, we lost contact with them. We were unable to know their whereabouts and all of our efforts to get any information about their fate were unsuccessful. Only in 2014, we were able to see horrifying images of their tortured corps leaked to the media on what is known as Cezar images (Attached images of all my diseased relatives, my brother in image #23). They were kidnapped, tortured and killed by the Syrian regime even though they were peaceful and they were never involved in any kind of political or armed activities in Syria. I live in fear of facing the same fate, should I be forced to go back to Syria. I am also a conscientious objector and if I ever go back to Syria, I would be forced to join the obligatory military service and be directly involved in the current armed conflict there. Being a skilled, qualified and ambitious young man, I have received several offers for postgraduate studies from International prestigious universities. Unfortunately, the tuition fees for those universities are very expensive and their scholarship programs merely cover a very small portion of the fees. Therefore, I am seeking a humanitarian visa to your country, so that I could apply my experience, knowledge and skills into a professional career, and ultimately have the ability to finance my postgraduate studies. My English language level is “Intermediate” and I am currently attending English language classes at the “American Lebanese Language Center- Beirut” to further enhance my language skills. Due to the urgent nature of my case, I would kindly ask you to check the attached files & examine my case and help me obtain a humanitarian visa which would be of enormous help in my case. Obtaining a humanitarian visa is my only remaining hope of residing legally in a safe and secure country where I could work and afford for my postgraduate studies without the fear of being deported to Syria. I am planning to return to the Middle East armed with the necessary experience and the highest level of education to build a successful career and to help, together with my fellow Syrians, in the re-construction process of post-war Syria. I have also done the necessary research and I am looking into future business opportunities in the Middle East relating to the reconstruction sector such as “Pre-cast concrete” & “Solar panels” factories. I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon. Kind Regards, Khalil Al-Hussein
